What if I'm not a supervisor or manager yet? The most powerful aspect of "The Leadership Playbook" is it's immediate applicability to your leadership. I generally recommend holding off until your first leadership position, but if you think exposure to the topics would help in your development towards a promotion then you are more than welcome to sign up.
